RELEASE INFORMATION
I hereby grant to Piggly Wiggly, its successors and assigns and those acting under its permission to copyright and/or use and/or publish the undersigned’s name and/or likeness, whether alone or in conjunction with each other and/or with photographic pictures, other photographs., or a reproduction thereof in color or otherwise, together with any statements, speaking parts, endorsements and testimonials of any kind of nature, made through any other media at their studios or elsewhere for the artwork, advertising, publicity, trade or any other lawful purpose whatsoever.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. Also, I waive rights to future residuals and compensation.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to save harmless Piggly Wiggly, its successors and assigns and all persons acting under its permission or authority or those for whom it is acting, from any and all claims or liability for damage, libel, slander, invasion of the right of privacy, or any other liability by virtue of blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture.
I hereby warrant that I am of full age and have every right to contract in my own name in the above regard. I state further that I have read the above authorization and release, prior to its execution, and that I am fully familiar with the contents thereof.
